reasons to love being home #87

A working lunch at the Viaduct Basin with FTC (favourite travelling companion) during which problem solving skills were brought to the fore. Fuelled by beautifully cooked whitebait patties, pan fired in butter with fresh lemon and dill. Rocket and parmesan to accompany. Washed down with brancott estate sauvignon blanc. And then coffee and ‘trinkets’ (see photo ;)

There is just something about al fresco dining. By water. With white linen on the table. City of sails indeed.
