storm warning

A couple of weeks ago a massive storm hit Bris Vegas. Little Brother has been terrified of storms since he was three (we spent a night on a really high floor of a Singapore Hotel during a massive storm). He has been known to go home from work early when the Brisbane sky turns an ominous green and the clouds start to swirl. On the 16th of November when this storm hit, Mrs Little Brother convinced him to man up and face his fear. By running out to the garden and swinging around the washing line. Which he did. It’s like he’s gone native.

To be fair the Gap is 20 mins away – although I watched the same video the other day and agree that where I was – well it was scarier. Apparently we only have about 30 years of such storms to go…..

I’m still scared of gays and those dogs that would chase us in Thomas St. Oh and Hillary Clinton.

Wow – I’m sorry I missed this storm. I love the unmistakeable “‘Ow good is that?”.

It looks bloody terrifying. Especially when it goes all calm and quiet and then it gets all crazy again. Are you cured of your phobia now?
