I need to thank you for The Outsiders, Road House, Ghost, Point Break and your masterpiece: Dirty Dancing. Seriously, I have seen this movie more than any other movie ever made. My first ever proper date was to see Ghost at the Octagon in Dunedin with a ginger boy called Darren. He dumped me a few weeks later (when the rugby season started) but thoughts of you and 854 plays of Unchained Melody somehow healed my broken heart.
Rest in peace, Patrick. Nobody did it like you.
(If anyone needs me today I will be busy choreographing a dance tribute to ‘She’s Like The Wind‘).

He was one of a kind. Bless his heart and soul. I loved that he is one of the few men in Hollywood to remain married to his high school sweetheart for 35 years. Now that’s a man!
I just heard the moniker “ginger boy” for the first time the other day. My daughter told her sister (and that’s how I heard) she was dating a ginger boy. Never heard that before. :-)
A heartthrob of several years standing. A shame, but he spent his time with dignity.
Point Break was good, he seemed like a genius when contrasted with Keanu ‘whoaaa’ Reeves.
‘I’m like, totally an FBI agent, whoaaa’
Aw, lovely.
He was an inspiration to me. I of course saw Point Break more than the others. He was a skydiver too. He did live a full life; I’m so glad he’s not suffering any more. Love that picture of him, sas.
Yeah but mo you probably don’t have life threatening cancer. So there’s that.
Dammit, now you’ve made me feel bad for not going to the gym for six months.
That you are blogging again has made my day :)
Who’s going to get Baby out of the corner now?!
